Campus Living

So we came to school and hung out with our buddies Malc and Verb. After lounging for a bit, we meet up with some film majors filming a video and watched them for a little while. We ended up goofing around for the rest of the day. We had fun doing a whole bunch o nothing that day.

So Azza and i discovered like the most awesome vintage store, we literally bought these dresses for like 2 dollars each haha the sales were insane.

Anyways we just got back from class and decided to take some pics for the blog, there are so many great vintage stores in Philly that i'm always surprised more people don't know about it.

I can't even remember what we were talking about but it must have been funny

But we just came back from classes... thank GOODNESS this is the last week of classes before finals. I can't wait for Summer time freedom

I wish handwritten letters were clutch. I want to keep correspondence with people and potential love interest through pretty stationary and thoughtful words. Reading the famous poet John Keats endearing, heartfelt letters to his fiance Fanny Browne makes me appreciate the way courting was done in the past. The expressive and honest way he writes to his beloved is exactly what's missing with communication in modern day relationships...

Everyone's tired of hearing the same old songs now that Chris brown  has a monopoly on the radio. Seriously, every radio station around the country overplays his "music". The crazy thing is, regardless of what you think of Chris Brown, you probably know the hook to each of his songs and can win karaoke contest singing them. You know that feeling when you discover a new band and they’re all you’ve ever dreamed of hearing. That feeling...right now...on acid. This band is a combo of some of our favorite musicians (bjork, incubus, the xx, yeah yeah yeahs) in one all girl group. WARPAINT. The break down at the end is one of the best moments in music we've heard in a while. Ultra Sexy. Groove to this right cheaaa.

 
Sidenote: Coachella, the Grand Daddy of music festivals, and a Cali road trip are on our bucket list. Who's down!??
